Linda Middlesworth has a great passion for teaching and coaching people to a healthier life through better diet. Linda is a Food for Life Nutrition and Cooking Class Instructor for Diabetes and Cancer Prevention and Survival. She is certified through Dr. Neal Barnard's Physician Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and is also teaching aerobic classes at the gym. You will never guess her age!
