EAT MORE OF THIS

Fruits, Vegetables, whole grains (quinoa, farro, brown rice, barley, whole wheat not multi-grain products), yams, legumes (beans, lentils, organic non-gmo soy beans), herbs, spices, water, soy beverage (made of water and organic soy beans only), almond milk, some nuts and seeds (flax, chia, hemp seeds)

Cheese and Salami Sandwich

EAT LESS OF THIS (PREFERABLY NONE OF THIS)

Processed foods, (white) flour, sugar, high fructose corn syrup, honey, soda, processed meats (bacon, salami, deli meat, sausage), meat / animal products (beef, pork, chicken, fish, turkey, sea food, cow's milk, cheese, eggs), white rice

Don't smoke

Don't Drink (Eat red grapes for resveratrol instead)

Don't use any drugs

Stay active:

walk briskly 30-40 min per day at least 5 days a week if possible

do regular weight lifting / resistance training as tolerated
